Apply: How It Works
Submit Your Application
Complete one form for up to three children. For larger families, submit an additional form. Briefly describe your family’s current circumstances and why you’re requesting assistance. List up to five gift ideas for each child, including helpful details such as size, color, favorite character, or store.
We review Your Application
We thoughtfully review each application with the hope of helping as many families as possible. While we can’t guarantee assistance for everyone, we give priority to families who have not received help from Choose Love within the past year.
We Contact You With Next Steps
You can expect to hear from us by email regarding your application and next steps. If your family is approved for assistance, we’ll share gift pickup details as they become available. Please watch your inbox and check your spam folder.
Families must reside within the Tenino School District and have dependent children from birth through 12th grade. Assistance is limited to your own dependents, not nieces, nephews, or other relatives. Proof of residency and dependent status is required.
